Ruth Ann Jamnick is a life long resident of Ypsilanti Township
and has served the residents of this community in various positions for the past 48 years. She began her career
in 1960 working in a clerical position with the Treasurer's office. In 1976, she was elected as the first female
Township Treasurer and served 22 continuous years in this position. She served 6 years as State Representative
of the 54th District after being elected to this position in 1999. She returned to township government in December of
2004 and is currently serving as Township Supervisor. LEARN MORE...
